📌 The Ontario provincial electoral district of Kanata--Carleton was contested during the 2022 Provincial election which was held on June 2, 2022. 🏆 Merrilee Fullerton, the Progressive Conservative candidate, won the riding with 19871 votes making up a 43.6% share of the vote. 🥈 The runner-up NDP candidate, Melissa Coenraad, received 11045 votes (24.2%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 8826. 📊 Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Shahbaz Syed - Ontario Liberal Party (23.4%), and Pat Freel - Green Party of Ontario (5.5%).
